M-Team Kanban
Privacy policy
This policy explains what information M-Team Kanban processes, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Account connection
When you connect an account, the app uses the API Key you enter to request authorized information directly from the official M-Team API. The key is stored in the device Keychain and is not sent to RevenueCat. The app does not receive your website password or read website login cookies.
Account information is read through the official API. The app does not sign in, download, redeem rewards, or change website settings on your behalf.
Local records
Account metrics, actual snapshots, visits you confirm, and reminder settings are stored on your device. They support your dashboard, history, and personal visit plan.
Additional collection, badge, and BT client information is used only in app memory. It is excluded from history, backups, and companion summaries. Client IP addresses are masked before display.
Purchases and entitlements
Apple App Store and RevenueCat process purchases, renewals, and restoration. RevenueCat processes a separate anonymous purchase identifier, products, transaction records, receipts, and entitlement status, along with device and network information needed to provide the service.
The app does not attach your M-Team UID, username, API Key, or account metrics to your purchase identity. It does not obtain your payment card details. Purchase information is used to verify access, restore purchases, and handle purchase support requests.
See the RevenueCat privacy policy and Apple privacy policy for their data practices.
Companion devices and exports
If you enable widget or Apple Watch sharing, the app sends only a limited set of metrics, capture time, and reminder information. It does not send your API Key, username, or UID. Sending a summary to Apple TV requires you to pair the devices or import a summary file.
You initiate backup exports. Backups contain account information, history, and visit records, but no API Key. Your chosen storage location or transfer service may have its own data practices.
TV summaries, offline devices, and exported files are separate copies. Turning off phone sharing or deleting phone data does not remotely delete those copies. Clear them separately on the relevant device or storage service.
Permissions and network services
Notification permission is used for local reminders you enable. Local network permission is used when you choose to discover and pair an Apple TV. Imports and exports access only files you select through the system file interface.
This version adds no advertising or cross-app tracking, and includes no account AI or media analysis service. M-Team, Apple, and RevenueCat process network information needed to provide their connections. This policy does not imply that all processing occurs in one region.
Retention and deletion
You can delete the local API Key and disconnect, or delete local history and plans. These are separate actions. Deleting history does not cancel a subscription.
Subscription expiry does not automatically delete existing records. Without active access, you can still open local data management from the purchase screen to export or delete history and remove credentials. Restoring purchases restores access, not account history.
You manage exported files, offline copies, and device backups separately. System backups and device restoration are also subject to the relevant system or service rules.
Policy changes
This policy will be updated if data uses or services change, with a new update date. Processing that needs additional consent will be explained before it begins. Information processed when you visit these web pages is covered separately by the website privacy policy.
Questions and requests
For privacy questions or data requests, contact hello@yangworks.dev. Start by describing the issue. Do not send API Keys, cookies, UIDs, full receipts, or other unnecessary personal information.
